They can also browse and apply for available and advertised jobs through the app. Employers can advertise job vacancies and view the applicants’ CVs. Please read and understand the terms and conditions of this document, which represents the terms and conditions of using the Hire Q App. By visiting our website, downloading the App, registering, browsing job offers, applying for jobs, or uploading or downloading CVs, you agree to follow and abide by this document and the terms and conditions contained therein.

Hire Q acts as an intermediary between job seekers and employers with job vacancies, App users registered as job seekers can create and upload their CVs via the app, browse and apply for advertised job vacancies. Applicants may also advertise their job vacancies, browse applicants' CVs and then communicate with them to complete personal interviews, training or recruitment procedures as appropriate. Hire Q App or its owners are not a party to the contractual relationship between the job seeker and the employer in any way.
  • 3. We do not ensure that the website or app and any of its contents are free from errors or omissions. However, we are serious about this and we work around the clock to solve and avoid these problems.
  • 4. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or some parts of the website or app at any time without prior notice.
  • 5. We will not be liable if the website or app is down or unavailable at any time for any period or any reason.
  • 6. By using the website or App, you agree to indemnify Hire Q for any violations that may occur by you, and for any loss or damage that we or other users or any other parties may suffer as a result of your misuse or deliberate intent to harm the website or App by attacking them or by blocking our services or otherwise.
  • 7. We do not provide employment services, create job postings or CVs displayed on the App, and do not offer any employment guarantees of any kind. We do not review or endorse job postings or CVs. Our role is limited to connecting job seekers with employers who have job vacancies that they wish to advertise through the App. Accordingly, we do not ensure in any way the seriousness of job vacancies, the accuracy of the information provided, or the legitimacy of the advertising companies. We also do not ensure the seriousness of job applicants or the accuracy of the information in their CVs. This responsibility lies solely with the users of the App, both job seekers and employers, to ensure honesty, integrity, and good faith, and to follow the applicable orders and regulations.
  • 8. We may send you by email or other media registered in the app advertising or promotional messages, and you have the full right to refuse to receive this type of message or notification at any time.
  • If you encounter any problems with the app or any of its users, we urge you to contact us directly via email support@hire-q.com to inform and inform us. We assure you that we will take all necessary measures to correct the situation and prevent its recurrence.

Account and Password:

  • 1. You should deal with your username and password and all information that enables you to access your account in the app confidentially, keep it and do not disclose to any other parties.
  • 2. We may, in our sole discretion, disable any user account or password at any time.
  • 3. You should inform us immediately via email support@hire-q.com when you suspect or know about any other parties trying to enter and use your account, so that we can take the necessary action.
  • 4. To use the app, you must register for an effective personal user account, and you must maintain your account.
  • 5. Creating an account requires providing some personal information, such as your name, national ID number or residency, gender, age, address, mobile number, email address, and other information. You must enter accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account.
  • 6. Failure to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information may result in inability to access or fully utilize the services provided through the App and suspension or termination of your account.
  • 7. All activities carried out through the job seeker's account or employer's account and the resulting is their sole responsibility. In all cases, the security and confidentiality of the account's username and password must be maintained at all times.
  • 8. No user is allowed to have more than one registered account under the same email address and/or mobile number for any reason whatsoever. The app management may freeze and/or cancel all or some of the violating accounts without any liability on their part.
  • 9. Users under 18 years old may not register in the App. The App management may terminate any account registered under the name of a person who has not attained 18 years without any liability.
  • 10. No person may use the App if their account has been canceled.
  • 11. No user may shift and/or give and/or transfer their account in the App to any other party.
  • 12. App users for job search refrain from adding any matter that affects religion and/or morals and/or public security and the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and also refrain - for example - from publishing anything that may be considered racist or pornographic on their illustrated CV, and the App management may hold them legally accountable and take all necessary measures against them.

Sharing personal information:

  • 1. To provide the requested service, we share the necessary data and information with our registered employers. These employers are in turn obliged to comply with the laws in this regard and to keep the confidentiality of this information and not to use it for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
  • 2. Information is disclosed and shared in the event of a merger with another company or an acquisition of the company, and the other company will be compliant with the personal data protection system.
  • 3. Your personal data may be disclosed on a contractual basis to our legal advisors, accountants, tax advisors, etc., all of whom are in turn obliged to keep its confidentiality and privacy.
  • 4. Your personal data may be disclosed when requested by security agencies and government authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights:

  • 1. We own all intellectual property rights in the Hire Q App and website. By using any of the website or App, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions that support it, and you refrain from using any part of the website or App and its contents, including designs, logos, and others for any purpose without obtaining our express consent.

Indemnify:

Account Suspension and Termination:

We reserve the sole right to determine whether any violations of these Terms of Use have occurred through your use of the website or App. In the event of any suspected violation of these terms, we will take all necessary actions to stop and prevent such violations, including temporarily or permanently suspending your access to your user account, which may lead to its deletion if necessary.
